Hijackers Trojan Viruses
How do I completely get rid of my nasty
trojans and hijackers of my web browser?

through all 3 steps below and email the
information to support@paretologic.com :
Step 1. Go to HijackThis Software at: http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/files/HijackThis.exe
OR alternatively
http://www.spychecker.com/program/hijackthis.html
Once Hijackthis has been downloaded, scan and
then save your computer logs and email the
logs to support@paretologic.com along with
details of your exact spyware/adware/hijacker
problem so that we can give it to our
developers to review.
Step 2. Go to Settings under the XoftSpy menu,
then choose Show Logfiles, copy them to a
folder on your desktop and then email these
logs files to support@paretologic.com. These
logs are different from the Hijackthis Logs
and will help our developers better understand
the problems.
Step 3. Email support@paretologic.com and let
our developers know what spyware or hijacker
you are not able to remove. The more details
you provide them, the better they are able to
find and resolve the problem.
